Our annual general meeting will take place in the Marco Polo Suite of the Hotel Vatel, 4 Cours du Medoc, 33070 Bordeaux on Wednesday 17th November starting at 10.30 am. Coffee, cannelés, fruit juice and water will be available on arrival from 10 am. If you have any questions you would like to put to the meeting, we kindly ask that you submit them in advance before 3rd November.
If you wish to put yourself forward to become a member of the committee then please again contact Norma via email (email@example.com) before 1st November.
The agenda, reports, accounts and last year’s minutes will sent out to all members 3 weeks before the meeting.
Following the meeting we have organised lunch at the Hotel Vatel including aperitif, wine, water and coffee for 28 euros per person.

IMPORTANT: Closing date to register for lunch is Thursday 11th November
Please also note that, in compliance with current regulations, the hotel will require you to have available for scanning either a passe sanitaire (paper or electronic QR code) or negative covid test taken within 48 hours.
