


Next to the Place de la Bourse, Grand-Théâtre and Palais Rohan, the grandest public buildings round Bordeaux dating back to the “golden” 18th century, there stand a number of lesser-known interesting places -churches, mansions with a baroque inspiration – dating back to the 17th century: l’Hôtel Ragueneau, St Paul, le Temple du Hâ, St Bruno, Notre-Dame.
Meeting time and place: 10.00am to 10.30am, Le Café Rohan, 1 Place Pey-Berland, Bordeaux, opposite the main entrance of the Mairie de Bordeaux and Cathedral.
Lunch at Brasserie Les Arts on the corner of Cours Victor-Hugo / Rue Ste Catherine.
We’ll use the tram 3 times during the day.
How to get there – How & when to join – Contact on D-Day:
the closest tram stop is “Hôtel de Ville” on lines A & B. The change between line A and lines C & D is “Porte de Bourgogne” and “Quinconces” between line B and C & D.
