Visit to the Tonnellerie Nadalié: Ludon Médoc – Wednesday July 24th (UPDATED)
Ever wondered how the barrels are made which store the wine before we drink it?
There is a visit to the Barrel Maker Nadalié (Tonnellerie) at Ludon Médoc just north west of Bordeaux planned for the above date.
The visit will be in English starting at 11 o’clock, including a tasting of wine made by the family, followed by lunch in their very nice Brasserie Le 1902 (the year the tonnellerie started).
Carpaccio de tomates d’Antan, billes de mozzarella
Ballotine de Poulet fermier, crème chorizo, gratin dauphinoise
Verrine de salade de fruits de saison.
The cost for the visit is €12.50 per person and the meal is €24 for Entrée/Plat or Plat/Dessert with coffee and wine. Website for information www.nadalie.fr
